Our interest is to pioneer a different style of education focused on practicality, application and creativity. The motto we follow is very simple; "Learn. Apply." As educators we have found that the fastest and most engaging way for a person to learn is to apply what they learn. When we say apply, we don't mean to follow standardized exercises developed to reinforce a theory from a textbook. We mean to use the concepts learned in class along with your own creativity/ingenuity and apply them toward building projects that mimic industry practice. By applying concepts this way, we try and build a strong link between the classroom and the real world.
How do we create a curriculum that supports our application based approach? Simple, our program curriculums are filled with lab courses, a lot of them. In fact, we try to integrate lecture and labs in a way so that students study concepts in lecture and then apply those concepts in lab, all in the same day. And with industry experienced faculty and projects designed with aid from industrial advisory boards, we're confident that applying concepts in lab will actually help you understand more what it is you learned in the classroom.
Our programs are accelerated, rigorous and meant for those who want to learn. To do well and benefit from our programs you will have to study and put in effort. Meaning, we are not here to babysit you but, instead, to teach you. It's hard work, but that's because that's what it takes to be successful. Let's put it this way, thriving and adapting to a rigorous and demanding environment is what employers are looking for.
